How to fight premature ejaculation

I have just stumbled upon something absolutely incredible. 

I, along with many others, have always struggled with Premature Ejaculation. What I have learned after multiple hours of research and every "trick" possible, is that premature ejaculation is 100% mental. No cream, no imagining terrible images...nothing really works aside from rewiring your brain chemistry.

It's all in your head. We let ourselves get so aroused by mental images, or "fantasies", that we ejaculate in a matter of minutes (or seconds on a bad day). 

Say you are making out with a HB 9.5--- a woman that intellectually and physically turns you on. Just touching her lips gets you aroused, and there is little you can do to control this, it is our nature. Now, if you are like many of us, you want to last as long as possible. To be a 3-hour man.

To have god-like stamina you need mastery over your penis. 

No "trick" or pill will ever allow you to master your penis, and just like exercising, you must practice to achieve excellence.

It's not easy, in fact it can take up to seven or eight times to actually work. But if you succeed, you will BE AMAZED. I have adopted this from The Ejaculation Trainer by Matt Gorden, I highly recommend this book to everyone. The exercise is mentally and physically draining but I can safely say this was the best orgasm that I have ever had from "masturbation".


I suggest any man that needs help controlling his d!ck should try this trick. 

Anyway, on to the exercise itself:

Take an hour free (only needed 15 mins) and assure yourself that you will not be bothered. Sit comfortably and take a minute or two to clear your mind, relax yourself by breathing deep and relaxed. After feeling fairly relaxed, start to listen to how your body works. Concentrate on feeling the heartbeat, listen to your breathing pace. Then start picturing in your mind your most hidden erotic fantasy.

Do not have any inhibitions and watch out for the smallest details. You are not aloud to stroke yourself, but can hold below the head of your penis. Pay great attention about what happens to your body. Significant changes will be made; sensitivity will increase in many places, breathing pace will change considerably. You will feel warmer in some places, your heart will pound harder. 

Even though you will find it difficult not to touch yourself, try to temper yourself as much as you can. The answer of your body must be coordinated by your mind. You will see that, given the intensity of your fantasy, ejaculation can be postponed or rushed. 

Try to control your body as well as you can, focusing on bringing the breathing back to how it was. Do not expect to be able to succeed from the beginning. It takes some time and a lot of focusing to be done. Nevertheless, the benefits of this "exercise" are worth-while: stronger orgasms, the possibility of reaching multiple orgasms, postponing ejaculation.
